Family Pulse User Application

Thank you for continuing to allow us to serve you and your loved ones. We wanted to make you aware that effective July 30th, we will be retiring the use of the Family Pulse app. We know this has been a great resource for you to stay up to date on your family member and their health. We are currently working diligently on developing a more robust app that will have additional features. 

If you are interested in providing your ideas and suggestions for the new app, we would love to utilize your feedback. Please email familypulse@trilogyhs.com if you would like to be a part of the pilot program.
