" This application is for the Feeding Assistance Certification. This education will allow you to assist residents during meal times. RCA's do not need to complete this form, as you will receive the education when eligible. Other positions can request this education, but please note that only the following job titles will receive the $.25 premium pay upon completion:

  • Dining Services Assistant

  • Resident Care Associate
